I signed up for this service earlier this year with Kimberly Garcia. And yes I had checked them out with the BBB and they had no complaints. I signed up for the credit repair service because I really did not have the time to do the work myself, as I had explained several times. I paid $199.00 over the phone and was told to sign up with a credit monitoring service thru truecredit and allow td financial products access to my credit reports no problem.

Until for several weeks they never accessed my account stating that they did not have the correct username and password. Well it worked for me i emailed them several times. Only to not have success. I finally got a hold of someone on the phone, who stated they still did not have access (her name was Tina) over the phone and she would check again, and send me some letters to mail out to my creditors. '

I said oh no, this is not what i signed up for, i explicitly remember telling them that initially. Well she said that she would forward my info to Todd and have him call me. Which he did and promised me a refund, or an alternate form of service. I told him that I wouldn't mind trying their tradeline, and if not would take the refund. He had someone call me back but due to a language barrier we never finished the conversation. And he stated he would call me back. He never did. I called I emailed, them and to no avail no one returns my emails or picks up the phone. The calls go straight to voicemail. I sent a complaint the BBB and the BBB called me back a few weeks later and stated that TD financial was supposed to refund my money but forgot. She stated that if they did not in a timely manner then to open another complaint. I did, and am still waiting.

Pls learn from my mistakes dont be foolish, repair your credit youself take the time to learn what you need to know. I am so upset the fact that i might have to get an attorney or take them to court just for a couple of hundred bucks ticks me off. But im not gonna give up......
