TD Insurance Rippoff for apartment insurance/no customer service Montreal, Quebec Canada

 I received a renewal for apartment  insurance from TD for $367.33 which is a rippoff. I tried  to contact customer service and I was switched from broker to broker and finally I was told that there is no one to speak with and I should call back again. Since I was not able to contact anyone regarding the augmentation, I called (((competitor's name redacted))) and I received a wonderful service from a broker who was understanding after what I told her about TD horrible experience. She immediately went to work for me on the phone and send me an invoice for the whole year for $281.22 for the same coverage.  I can contact (((redacted))) customer service 24/7. She also arranged to close my account with TD and save me the hussle.

 sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
