TD Locksmith They quoted two prices and billed a third price Fullerton California

My wife locked herself out of the house at 9:30pm and I called for a locksmith and was routed to TD Locksmith, they wanted a credit card and I asked what is the charge to pick the lock. The lock was from the garage to the house (nothing special about the lock) and in his Middle eastern accent he said $196.00. I approved the price and gave him my CC. The locksmith arrived about 1 hour later and it took him about an hour according to my wife (very inexperienced) to pick the lock. He made a receipt for $372.00. I called TD Locksmith and spoke with the same man said that the price will be now $285.00. I did not approve that price and told him so. They ran the CC through for $372.00. I am going to fight this in small claims court. Do not under any circumstances use this company - you will be riped off. Also, according to my wife the locksmith was under the infulence of something and made my wife very uncomfortable and wanted to go in the house to finish his paperwork. Stay away from this business.
