I am a prospective teacher searching learning tools for the upcomming state exam. I found this website "Teaching Solutions. ORG." There are ton of "successful stories. I was supposed to recieve three attachments to download the study guide. I was charged $57 + Tax for each. This attachment was supposed to be IMMEDIATE. I did not get it.

I spent 3 hours trying to get a phone number for the company and there is non listed, there is only a fax number 1866-572-0345. Directory assistance could not get the phone number by the supposed physical address on the website. The president is MARK BUCKINGHAM. He is also the supposed mentor and coach. THe Tax ID provided for when schools want to order is 51-0475841-- this is under Educational Services Inc. Directory assistance could not find the phone number listed for eith teaching solutions. teaching solutions test mentoring or educational services inc. This company is ripping off conumers and not providing the ordered materials.

So because the attachment was not immediate you claim this company is ripping people off? You must not know how to use a computer because it is super easy to get your materials. I had no problems at all!

For the millionth time, the phone number is right on the website and ready for you to call for help.

A lack of patience and understanding is certainly not a good reason to go on this website and trash a good company's reputation.

It's great to see a comment from a prospective teacher......but the matter is i was also a prospective teacher now i am more prosperous. I am a consumer of that product  & i cant hold myself aside from not being involve in this report.

The excuses you have shown doesn't seems a like a prospective teacher, you are so much impatience, that's why you have not found their number on their e-mail.

Let me guess: you never ordered the product because i never heard anything like that from 69,999 peoples, it's you the 1 who is telling this.This can be for two reasons:

1.Feeling jealous by seeing its success.
2.You are telling lies.

If you really have problem contact their customer service or call them, it's all in your email.

Don't make issues, it will only bring bad reputation for you, live a good life.

Did you even bother to check their website? They have a listed, working phone number on their Client Services Help Desk page. If you don't have the collective thinking power to actually navigate to it, allow me to hand this out in the open for you.

The real question is, if you can't do something as basic as find a phone number on a website that gives out all of their contact information for situations like this, what business is it of yours to even hold a teaching position? The thought that people like you are going to one day teach my children is a horrifying concept.

The real meat of the problem, though, is that you try and make up for your clear lack of deductive reasoning by pinning the blame on whoever you hand your money to. It couldn't possibly be your own fault that perhaps you didn't have your email set up properly, or that you didn't bother to do a simple Google search to glean information about how to get a hold of customer support. Heaven forbid!

What is this last post about Suzie Orman and you having bad credit?  -- While you're right a lot of loser wanna-be lyer test takers have posted here, this isn't the trailer trash thread about having bad credit.

I've known people like you my whole life. I've know at least 10 people in my teaching and nursing classes who sound just like you. Get a life and stop making untrue stories about Teaching Solutions!  I guess it's one of those test takers who have 9th grade reading and math skills and can't pass their teacher certification test again. Hum...I'm so tired of listening to whinners like this. These people are usually 50 pounds overweight, don't read what they purchase, don't study and then blame everyone else but their pathetic self!

Some complete idiot goes and puts a post here because they couldn't find a phone number in directory? From their comments which point to an IQ at room temperature I find it so ridiculous. Anyway, welcome to 2012. Companies like Amazon.com and other leading companies don't have a call center. If you purchased an e-book why do you need to call to someone? Do you need a date?

They order a Test Coaching service online and download the free materials, but never contact the Test Coach for the service. They then pass their poor excuse for a teacher candidate and lack of responsibility to a Test Coach who has volunteered and blocked out hours of their time to mentor the test taker. Weeks later after sitting on their fat a** shoving piles of popcorn and ice cream in their already balloon-like face they fail their teaching test.

It's always some elses fault isn't it? Is it any coincidence the same 4-6 losers who keep slamming Teaching Solutions (certified educators who passed their test) waste so much time and energy making these negative comments based on lies can't pass their test?  Why don't these losers just study and pass? After all the 60,000 people Teaching Solutions helped pass have been teaching in the classroom for years while these internet spammers and losers keep posting trash here about a great company who helps thousands of teachers and nurses each year reach their dream.

These guys really helped me pass my test. I've been teaching for 3 years now thanks to their study guide and Test Coaching.  You could waste months studying the overwhelming test content in other study guides, but their materials saved me at least 4 weeks of study time. I passed my test and got my first teaching job at almost $40,000 per year! And I'm only 26.

I suspect these few people out of the 60,000 Teaching Solutions helped pass are just doing this because they have no husband, can't get a date due to their ugly personality and poor hygiene, have a lot of time on their hands and are just pissed off and angry about their own pathetic life.  You purchased a book. People usually don't like to study. You have so much unfounded tension. Take it easy. Maybe you just haven't got laid since you gained 40 pounds. Chill-out!

First of all Kevin's credit was in the 720's-750's when we signed up with you in April 2010 according to www.myfico.com which is a very reliable source for credit scores and is recommended by Suze Orman.  You say that you were lucky to get Kevin $30k in credit but with his credit score in the mid 700's you should have had no problem.  Next, Kevin recently told you he did not want credit anymore because he did not want to deal with your company ever again.  You lie and you over promise and under deliver.  Furthermore, we emailed Remi Page, Ari Page and Dave Candle of CCBs on July 5 before filing this report on Ripoffreport.com, the Better Business Bureau and other websites letting them know how we felt about the service we received during the year, and there was not response from them, not one.  We gave them a chance to correct the situation first and they ignored us.  They say we are difficult, but they are the ones that were difficult to deal with.  We told them numerous times throughout the year that we were unhappy with their service and they ignored it each and every time.  Who wants to continue to deal with that?  Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me!!

Teaching Solutions is legit and awesome!

A little over a year ago I also bought a copy of the California Teacher of English Language Learners (CTEL) and I have to disagree with the complaint reviews here.  There wasnt any typographical error on the file and the content was very
professional. Why blame Teaching Solutions and their product for their failed
exams? No matter how good our study guide is if we didnt prepare enough, we
will surely fail.

Regarding the complaint on customer service, I cant understand that either because when I contacted them regarding a glitch with the download (which turned out to be caused my internet connection) I immediately got a response and the problem was solved in just a matter of hours. Come on people dont you think getting a refund after youve completely used the materials is just all wrong?

It is very surprising your institution uses this company's materials! Perhaps you have them confused with another more reputable company? The company being reported here could not be affiliated with any college or university. As a matter of fact, I would be shocked if any of the material they used to create their study guides have actually helped anyone pass the Praxis exams. The guide I received was inadequate, disorganized and incomprehensible, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, not even my worst enemy. The information they advertise and what you actually recieve is completely misrepresented and does not offer any valuable, helpful or usable information. One of the consumer's who also complained about this organization stated that the material was elementary. Although, that was extremely mild! There were so many structural, grammatical and spelling errors that the material shouldn't be used at all, not even for elementary students.

I genuinely hope your institution is not using Teaching Solutions.org!

My teacher education department at the University Of Texas has been purchasing the Teaching Solutions Comprehensive Success System for over 3 years. This company is well known and respected in teacher certification exam test preparation. I've know dozens of teacher credential candidates who used their study guides and have successfully passed their exams.

I find it very immature and irresponsible for someone to say something so foolish that "I didn't get my download in 3 hours." Are you serious? Then you make up things about their address and phone number. I doubt they would have clients send their orders to addresses that don't exist. Come on. This doesn't make any sense. This person hasn't even looked at the Teaching Solutions materials.

Is it possible this person got a computer glitch, made a mistake in the order process or credit card got flagged and denied upon client services review of the order. I clearly do not know any professional certified teachers who would ever make such foolish claims about Teaching Solutions.
