Team Ford Of Marietta ripoff buyers with guaranteed financing deceptive company Marietta Georgia

I inquired with Team Ford of Marietta on the pricing of a Mustang GT in the Summer of 2001. A salesperson phoned me and told me to come on in on a Saturday that he had reviewed my credit and I would have NO problems being financed on a vehicle.
I take my trade-in to the dealership and sit there for 3.5 hours and finally drive home in a beautiful white Mustang GT.

Monday morning the financing department calls me at work and informs me they need the car back due to them not being able to sell the loan to a bank.
I even went as far as calling The Clark Howard Show in hope of some positive advice. I was told that this is common practice for Car Dealerships and there is no recourse of action that can be taken by the consumer.
Finally, my parents decided they could help me by giving me a 3000 dollar down payment in which I am to pay back. When my Father met me at the dealership, I told them since I was giving a down payment, I wanted a different color. The Sales Manager informed me that the financing was done on this car in this color. Since it was my first purchase on my own, I bought it "hook line and sinker". I will know better next time!!

My recourse action has been telling everyoneI know to NOT buy from the crooks at Team Ford of Marietta. I swear I think I have told thousands of people to not buy there and I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this Dealership.
