I would like to bring awareness to the DFW Metroplex.  There is a select basketball program named "Team Fort Worth" and "National Regional Sports" who's Director Cynthia Guillory is a con-artist, she speaks a good game but once she has gained your trust she will mis-lead and over charge you for personal gain. Based on the guidelines and requirements each players registration fee is $400 fee this fee will cover the usage of the uniforms and gym fee(s), but each player would recieve a team bag and t-shirt that was not given to every player that paid the fee(s).  Practices are scheduled but not used properly, events are scheduled but a fee is always required per players but when parents complain she goes on the deep end, by becoming hostile and loud.  Her customer service skills are very UN-PROFESSIONAL towards the players, parents, coaches and specators.........

Don't get me wrong TFW is a good program but with Cynthia as the leader and decision maker this program will continue to be a failure.  Cynthia is using the funds collected from the parents for registration fee(s), donations and tournament fee(s) for personal usage ie: shelter, food, shoes, clothes, rental and just paying for expensive dinner for people not pertaining to the program on any given day. 

Cynthia is a not a leader nor business women, honestly I can say she is not a COACH, based on observation she is more of a Skills Coach.  If you want you child/player to be learn the real game of basketball DO NOT BRING THEM TO TEAM FT WORTH, this program is not really for the kids about funding the Director's habits...... 

Overall this program is a joke, as stated before she has great documentation but behind the scene it's a means of income for Cynthia Guillory to maintain her life style.
