Applied for a credit to lease some commercial items through another funding/leasing firm called Currency Funding based in California.  When the application made, one of the agents who works at Currency introduced his business as a direct lending firm.  This came to be a lie as these people are nothing just a couple persons operation act as broker and sneak between the forms to have you sign some sort of approval.  Once they know all your banking information, they send a forged automatic withdrawal to your bank to withdrw fund  BEFORE even getting a real approval.  After waiting one month back and forth with Currency, we found our application sent to a company called Team Funding Solutions based in Texas.  We discovered that Currency is actually works with Team Funding Solutions and somehow obtaining inital UPFRONT fund from the client, telling him is all approved.  Then we started getting calls form different people from Team Funding Solutions.  Everybody repeats asking the same question on the phone form 20-30 minutes.  When receiving three different calls from one called hemself from the credit dept, another is an underwrting manager, third one from the credit services, we started to know something fishy especially when some one at the end called back and say, OH we need a collateral for the equipment.  "Seriously, you need a collateral, why you did not say that from the begining and saved our time.  The major hurdle is that when discovered that Currency witht the cooperation with Team Funding Solutions, went to our bank account and took $4500.  We never signed or authorized anybody any thing, how they went to the bank account and took the money.  By the way we had excellent credit were we got the fund from our bank in less that 3 hours.  We thought to go through a lease were we can tax benefits from the deal.  So It was all game these thugs paly together and I want the public to be aware of.  Always deal with a direct lender ONLY when they confirm that by email that the fund is coming from them.  Do not believe what they say that OH some time we fund deals ourselves if not doable we will send it to many lenders we deal with.  Be careful on what you sign, especially if they produce a term sheet which does not have all the details including the amount of fund they are willing to lend you.  Please report any wrong doing from any leasing company, these guys are growing and they are creating many ways to steal your money.
