One day I received a call from an Eric Peters,  He asked me if I would be interested in performing BPO'S for his company,  He told me I had 2 options, get paid $75/per BPO or for a charge of $450.00 get the listing for the property.  I opted to get the listing.

Fast forward, I receive 3 BPO's and performed them on time. I followed up with Mr Peters and he said they have been accepted by the lender....great, right?  Not so fast.

A few weeks went by, I receoved not further BPO'S and when I wet to check on the status of listing the ones I did I got the "I'm checking int it".  Curiosity got the better of me and I went to our county courthouse,  I research the properties I did the BPO's on and founf that they were ALL in good standing,  No notice of default, no late mortgage payments,

 I emailed Mr Peters about my findings and never hear back from him.  I contimued to email hin and called and left sountless messages to no avail.

This company are blatant thieves,  They lie and tae your money and offer NOTHING in returm  I have contacted the BBB in Dneverm which I doubt they will acknowledge.  My next step is to approach the Attonrhey General's offive in Colorado and SHUT this company down... While they have their main office in Colorado, they are a Nevada based company, word to the wise, stay awya from these people...they are SCUM
