Team Mobile supposedly prides themselves on customer service. I have been misled, lied to, misinformed and told that "I must have misunderstood". I cannot believe the lack of knowledge and extreme lack of training they use. I also cannot believe the rudeness and bad behavior exhibited by their supervisors.

I have been shut off due to "going over my smart access" AFTER checking with customer service TWICE to make sure it wouldn't be an issue. AVOID TEAM MOBILE CELLULAR SERVICE AT ALL COSTS!
