Team Pest USA Lawrenceville GA Failed to get rid of bedbugs, won't give a refund Lawrenceville, Georgia

I am a property manager for a landlord and we had a property that had bed bugs.  The tenant called Team Pest USA and the landlord agreed to pay them 1400.00 to exterminate them.  We made sure in the contract it was agreed that they would return and do treatments until they were completely gone. After our tenant called them back 9 times to come in because the bed bugs had now infested more than one room of the house the service provider told our tenant that she now needed to follow up with treating the house herself with bed bug 'bombs' from Walmart.  She followed their orders and when her lease was us recently that is when we learned she wouldn't stay because she still had bed bugs.  When we called the company they pretty much called her a liar, refused to even come back and try treating again.  We filed a complaint with the BBB and contacted a gentleman to use high temperatures to kill the bed bugs.  Before he could do that work though Team Pest USA called us and wanted to "settle" by going out yet again to try to rid them AND they called our new pest control guy to try to talk him out of treating the property with his heat methods.  The depth this company has sunk to is just unreal.  They have out and out lied while calling our tenant a liar.  She is a woman of littles means with two special needs children while she is a single parent....We were livid when we found out how she had been treated.  And that they continue to call her a liar when she had no reason to lie at all.  I hope no one goes to these people because you would be running the risk of being treated very poorly and even harrassed if they don't like what you are saying truthfully about them.  Buyer BEWARE!  I hope the BBB will see fit to warn others. ----Shirlene Rhea---- (((ROR redacted)))
