My story is short, i went to team toyota to trade in my car and buy another one, they convinced me to buy a used Camry hybrid, and they told me to take the car and i have 3 days money back guarantee "I have the paper work", so i did that after the took my car and signed all the paper work, i drove the car for 60 miles, and i didnt like it, so i went to them to return the car according to their lie "3 days money back guarantee", so they tried to convinced me to buy another car from them, but i didnt like they way they treated me, it was the worst experience in my life, it is a shame that such a company sells toyota.

anyway, i rejected to buy any other car from them, and i told them i want my car back, then they called the sales manager, and he was the worst, he doesnt know what is the meaning of customer service, his name was mike, he said ok, take your car trade in value and walk to your home, ... imagin that, and he is the sales and marketing manager, i argued with them until they told me, ok we will give you your car back but we have to deduct restocking and detailing fees which is $400, i didnt believe my ears, how come such a company write on all their cars 3 days money back, and when you return back they rip you off with $400 restocking and detailing. I had no choice not to accept, i just wanted to leave this company, two days later i tried to call the general manager i dont remember his name, i left him a voice mail, and he didnt responded or called back. i just wanted to share with you my story with team toyota mall of georgia and you guys need to be aware of them, they rip off people.
