I made a theme for darren jablow in 2008 and as always my terms where agreed and my link was placed on the theme when it was completed, after completing the theme darren later moved me off the project as his company was purchased, he then removed my copyright/link back even though i had asked him not to previously (because he wasn't happy about a small text link) once he removed my link i asked him again and he abused me verbally, i then left it there and didn't pursue it but with him removing my link i have lost business and believe it is copyright infringement. I suggest no one trust this person as they will no doubt screw you over and think its ok without consequences, I have lost a great deal of money due to this and have nearlly gone bankcrupt i can say this for sure because a few clients enquired and came to my website from his when i had my copyright/link on it.
