Tease Salon Destroyed and burnt my long hair Fort Lauderdale Florida

This hair salon burnt and damaged all my hair from root to bottom. This is the worst experience in my life.

I went to Rachel to change my black hair color to a medium brown. She recommended bleaching  my hair. This is my first time ever to change my hair color. Once my hair color is done, it  is a disaster that started showing  daily. My hair is so dry now, it is a nightmare to brush when it is wet, it feels like rubber.  My hair was long, now it cut off after each time I brush it.

 My hair started cutting out every time to the point the front is not even an inch long. I used to have very long hair. I am so depressed and chocked that a professional can do this. I waste hours in front of the mirror to deal with my hair. I am now spending my time and money dealing with this damaged hair by doing oil and cream to soften my burnt hair that cannot be styled anymore until it grow. I consulted with several stylists in the area and they all confirmed that I just have to wait few years for my new hair and to keep on cutting this dead hair.

Evert time I brush my hair, a load of hair break off (my entire floor and clothing is always full of cut hair) and it is really dry, breaking off and frizzy. And it's really sticky and gummy when it's wet. I had very strong healthy hair.

I had to just put my cap on to hide this damaged unhealthy hair. This is a miserable experience and it is a shame that a reputable salon in Las Olas does this to people. I tried to call them to show my hair but the owner was kind enough not to be there at the appointment and was screaming to me on the phone. These people should not be in business.

I am living now with dead horrible damaged hair that I just tried to cover . I wish I can just shave my entire head.  Horrible unexperienced business.
