tebo financial services they continue to harass me and then lie to me, and very rude people here as well. canton Ohio

i had been on sick leave which started on april 23 2013.  i then called this company and reported that i was sending them a check for $786.13 from a claim on the insurance claim that had occurred before my sick leave.  at that time, i had asked them if they could use this check till i go back to work which would not be till june 3rd 2013, and that i would not get a check  till around the end of may of 2013.  i had talked to a christine at that time she told me that i could use this check toward my payments and to send it in after i sign it.  i then sent it in and then two days later a woman name pam talked to me and and was very nasty toward me and demanded to send them money for the payment.  i explained to her that i already talked to someone there and she told me that it was ok.  she said,"oh, no we cant do that here."  i told her i was on sick leave then she demanded that i should send her something from work to prove i was on and that my sick pay is pending at the time she called.  i then went to work signed a release information form and then told her  to fax my job and get the information.  she was very rude and said ,"aww that sounds like too much workl."  "you will have to borrow some money to pay this!"  after her rude vicious talk here i hung up on her. and then when i got my check at the end of may i then called tebo and had spoke to christine again.  i had made a payment of 200.00 at that time and she said i still would have to pay  324.00 on the next pay day and i had mention to her about the check that i sent on the 25th of april.  she told me she could not use that.  all the while two weeks past and two days and a woman name pam keeps calling and threatening to reposse my vehicle if i do not get a payment in soon. i explain to her that i already paid last friday and she said she wants the rest now.  these people keep calling all my references and telling them that i havent paid and keeps harassing me and my family everyday.  since then.  its really ridculous here and it very nerve wrecking.  if i am paying the  $324.oo on this next pay which will be next week.  where is the payment for $786.13  go to?   and how come they arent applying this to my account?   back in early part of may they told me they was putting the money  toward my principle.
