The owner Brooke Lacey is a liar, she lied to the Boise Police, and refused to provide an invoice for services rendered...actually tried to blame a family emergency for her lack of concern towards a customer, and tried to charge me $150.00 to simply remove dust from inside my computer. When I complained to the BBB, she offered to do whatever work was necessary free just to have the complaint removed.
