The company has provided a poor service, they have deleted personal files off my computers and in one case they have left repair mid session.  Any repair was done poorly and computers would start crashing (blue screen) just days after the repairs were done.  Essentially the 3 computers were left in worse shape than before where they only needed clean up and optimization.  Company will promise refunds if not satisfied with the service at the time of the sign up, than later they will refuse to issue refund and most of all ignore the emails replies in which they claim the refund "check" will be sent.  They will do this ONLY AFTER the credit card claims period has expired which in my case was 6 months into a payed year long service.  They are playing the system
