Techevents and Larry Heimendinger Fake company spammer on a scum bag server Woodinville Washington

Techevents.com  the owner nor the business itself holds a single business license anywhere in the USA.  The company as it stands is using anunderhanded tactics for advertisement and is also evading taxes at the same time.  They spam posting forums for small companies to such an extent that it has run off the customer base and caused my business to lose money.

Beyond that.  The website in question which is built by Liz Rickaby is located on a very nasty server.  The server serves web pages for tech support scams, malweare, trojans and even phishing web sites.

When I tried to discuss the spamming of the forums with Mr Heimendinger I was met with excuses.  Mr Heimendinger would not listen to reason in any way shape or form.  However he was truth when he told me he had no business license.  Which surprised me.  I tried to explain to Mr. Heimendinger that spamming the forums in the way he was, was actually costing him and everyone else money, specifically due to driving off potential clients due to the spam posts.  He refused to listen to me or even talk with me about it, and hung up on me.

The reason his, and other businesses spamming is detrimental is simple.  Spamming, is a sign of illegitimacy.  Its like a symptom sign.  It also crams the posting places with so much of the same thing that potential customers start avoiding even looking there.  This is a proven problem and there are papers written about the effect of spam on businesses.

Mr Heimendinger, along with other businesses I have reported here are all doing the same thing in the same way.  Spamming 6 to 20 posts per day of the same information and doing so maliciously and destructively intentionally driving off potential customers and making the posting places look over run with scammers and hackers.

Since Mr Heimendinger, and others I have reported have refused to listen to reason, have refused to talk this out in a fair fashion with me.  I am left with this, as my only recourse currently.

Mr Heimendinger lives in a very expensive house.  Has plenty of money, and enough time to play in a band.  While at the same time destroying other businesses who are getting their start by his abusive spamming of posting forums for starting business people.  THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

My next step, will be the filing of lawsuits due to the amount of monitary loss I have recieved.  In this case, its about 2 to 10K in total from each company.

4.  Same as 1, this one has been tripped in order to try and hide his personal and physical likeness and the page only has a youtube of him and his band playing.  THERE IS SOMETHING CREEPY GOING ON HERE.  The google plus account only has a video of young boys, young teenage boys, playing in a band, the video taken might be taken by Mr Heimendinger himself.  The video can be seen in the google plus link below, and here directly.

5.  THE SERVER THAT TECHEVENTS.COM IS ON IS USED FOR HACKING AND MALWARE AS WELL AS TROJAN DELIVERY AND EVEN HAS TECH SUPPORT SCAMMERS ON IT.  Some of the sites are providing open proxy services for hackers.  The servers IP address is:  50.62.230.1

The entire company is a sham without business license.  I would not trust this company if I was you.  Its a rip off waiting to happen.  They have already damaged my business to such an extent, that I am seeking legal recourse.
