 Placed my order for a crux360 for iPad on 05/02/2015 as a birthday present. Order # 103983. To a total of 108.54. The payment did not go through and the company send me and email on 05/13/2015 with a paypal request for payment in order to ship the item. I was able to send the payment on 05/20/2015 with the PayPal transaction ID 4XU24146RA5302406 . Waiting for over 7 days after payment I sent an email to their costumer service notifying them of my purchase, payment and what happened to my item with all necessary information and I have not received a single reply, neither received the item nor been refunded my money. I have been calling them since then and to this day 07/15/2015 and they still don't reply. They steal from their costumers and don't provide any costumer service.
