Technollo Scam, cell phone Texas Texas

 I submitted an order to send in my Sprint phone Samsung Galaxy S4 to them that was in good condition. They offered me $85 for it, sent me a kit with a prepaid shipping label and I sent it to them. They say they will email you when they receive your device with the quoted or requoted price. They never sent me an email. I had to contact them to find out if they had received it, they said yes, then offered me $10. I declined the offer and told them to just send my phone back. They said okay and that I'd have it within a week. We'll, it's been two weeks and they've stopped answering my phone calls, my emails, and the online chat. They have my phone and I have no phone and nothing to show for the phone I sent them. This company is a scam. I'll be filing a lawsuit against them.
