Technology Resource Group TRG Inc Breach of Contract, Non-payment of invoices in timely manner. Santa Clara, CA Nationwide

Started working on a software services contract through TRG in Q4 2015. Prior to signing the contract the company assured me that the payment terms were 45 days and my company would be paid even if their payments from the client were delayed. 

When signing the MSA they changed the document to indicate that my company would be paid only after they got paid by the end client.

Since the first payment came due in mid-Dec 2015 the company never came through as promised. Each invoice was delayed multiple weeks until the invoice for Feb 2016 when they completely stopped paying. Even though work was performed for the client and satisfactory TRG got paid but never turned around and paid my company.

They have 2 months of invoice payments that are due over 120 days and 90 days respectively.

All emails, phone calls, letters to the CEO - Dhiraj Sinha and his associates in the US and in Noida, India are never answered. It is virtually impossible to get in touch with the company through any method.

Let this serve as a warning to any individual, company/business looking to work with this company to beware because you may end up in the same situation my company is in.

There are many other sites that have reported issues with TRG both at an individual and business level.

The CEO of the company is listed on LinkedIn and is clearly hiding behind a Confidential company name:
