TECHONdigital.com Cancelled my order after saying it was being shipped. Don't take a chance with this company. Internet

On May 5, 2008, I ordered a Garmin Nuvi 660 GPS from a company by the name of techondigital.com. The next day, May 6, 2008, I received an email from techondigital.com confirming my order. I was assigned order ID 1060479. The item was listed for $239.00 and a cost of $14.90 for shipping. Thus the entire cost was to have been $253.90. Later, on May 6, 2008, I received an e-mail entitled RE: Order Number 1060479. That e-mail asked me to call James from the techondigital.com company and to talk to him about confirming my order. I did as requested and was asked if I needed any accessories. When I responded that I did not, James said that the item I had ordered was in stock and that it was being shipped and that I should enjoy it when I received it. According to the shipping information that I received from techondigital.com. I should have received the GPS in three business days. On Friday, May 9, 2008, I received yet another e-mail from techondigital. This one stated the following information:

Dear: (My name)

We thank you for your order and appreciate you shopping with us.

Due to the product you ordered being out of stock for 6-8 weeks from todays date. We regret to inform you that the order is canceled due to the product being on backorder. when or if we get the product again in stock soon will send you an email to place an order please do not resubmit your order again . sorry again and thanks for your understanding.

(Please note all of the grammatical errors in that e-mail).

I responded to that e-mail with the following information:

Dear Sir:
I find it rather unbelievable that my order is now cancelled. My order was confirmed via James on 5/6/08. He told me that the item was in stock at that time, that it was being shipped, and that I should enjoy it when I receive it. Now I am told that my order is cancelled. It is my opinion that nobody is able to purchase the advertised item from your company unless they purchase a bunch of high priced accessories. I will be writing the Better Business Bureau and the States Attorney in regard to your business practices. Also, be prepared to be contacted by my attorney.

I should also mention that yesterday, May 10, 2008, I called my credit card company to see if techondigital.com had credited my account as I was under the impression that they had used my card for payment of the GPS. The person that I talked to at Discover Card said that techondigital.com had never used the number that I had given them for payment and thus there was no information at Discover Card showing a credit.

The last time I looked, techondigital.com still had the Garmin Nuvi 660 listed as being available but the price had risen to $265.
