The Person Who submitted the report, has mentioned that we charged them 50% upfront fee, which is completely true. Paid us $275 that is also true. However, we were hired to design the logos and website layout.

Back when we were contacted, we clearly mentioned that we will be doing 3 logos for the company out of which the person has to select one and we will be performing 3 rounds of changes on the same. When, the person paid for this, she knew that. After that these guys who are calling us frauds, they started making fool out of us.

They made us create 15+ logos and finally came back after few months stating our client didn't like any of that, and then the client asked that ok, now my client did not like it, so in return you give us a website for free and develop that in Joomla for us.

We completely denied that, because even after waiting a long time from this customer, who by the way claims that the logo cost only $25, which I am very sure that you guys will agree to, that wont be so cheap. More over, we are not into any barter system, we did what we charged for, and if the client doesnt like it, we should have been asked to create something better on that.

Or in the first place, if the client didn't like any after 3 months, why were we forced to design 15 logos in the first place. We call ourselves experts in Joomla, Graphics Design, SEO, PHP etc and we are experts, we stand by that fact.

However, I would like to mention here that if someone comes and ask for something, you ask for 50% advance payment for it, and if you have so much issue with the payment, you should have not paid that at all. We have clients from over 22 countries and none of them are unhappy with us. The complaining person is a cheap person and even tried to threaten us that if you don't work in Joomla, we will report you.

I asked them to report, because I don't like being threatened by anyone, and secondly, every client will start doing this way. Get something done, then say I dont like it and barter it for something else, and get two things in the price of one.

Again, we have never stopped communicating, as what has been mentioned. I have even answered all of the questions.

If you have any further questions or concerns, I will be more than happy to answer them, but I don't think this cheap person who wants to rip off any company by threatening them and reporting them for their own benefit is a good idea.
