After trying several different numbers with the company and having absolutely no luck whatsoever at getting my problem with my Hewlitt/Packard printer resoved, spending hours and hours of my time on the phonne, and becoming apoplectic to the nth degree, I finally gave up and am contacting the Better Business Bureau.
All of the employes of this place except one spoke with heaviuly accented middle eastern accents which were extremely difficult to understand, and I spent quite a bit of time asking them to repeat theimselves to me. It sooner rather than later became evident that they did not know what they were doing just by watching them proceed with their actions during theur screen sharing actions, and then wanting to continually talk about what kind of ink cartridges I had in the printer. They repeatedly had me do the same exercises over and over, and obviously weren't even close to resolving the problem. After qupoting some outrageous proces to fix the problem which was unaligned printing ranging all the way up to $700.00, I regused, and hung up the phone, looking for another number to call.
This time, I reached an American accented person, very helpful, gave me hiw name, extension number, quoted me a very reasonable service fee, and sent me to their advanced technical unit with the admoniion to call him direct if aniy problems. An hour later, I finally asked the heavily East Induan accented technician to transfer me to David Price (to whom I had spoken initially) and the call was immediately dropped. I called back and asked for David's Extension No. which he had given me, and a heavily East Indian accented voice said "I am David Price" to which "I responded No you aren't." and hung up. After a series of consecutive calls, all trying to convnce me that they were all David Price, I quit answering the phone and am now in the process of getting ready to contact the Better Business Bureau, and found your site when I was checking our TechZone247.
And no, my printer has not been fixed!
