tecilu Sent me the wrong sizes and not same product as described Hemel Hempstead,Herts,Buckinghamshire， United Kingdom

I ordered 3 pairs of water shoes for myself and my 2 preteen boys. I ordered the sizes I needed according to their size chart. I recieved 4 pair (i only ordered 3) 3 were the right color and wrong size and the 4th was not the right size or color. I sent them several emails and they continue to tell me they sent me what I ordered. I attached my order, photos and a screen shot iof their size chart and they continue to tell me they sent me the correct product. I told them I am willing to take different colors but the wrong size is useless to me. Below is part of the email I sent them... The blue ones on the left (xxxs 22-24)and the pink ones in the center (m 35-36) are supposed to be a size 7.5-8.5 - they are obviuosly not the same size nor are they anywhwere near a 7.5-8.5 even according to the size description on your website AND they do not have the rubber bottoms like the pair on the far right. The rainbow pair (38/39) is supposed to be a 9.5-10.5 but it is actually fitting more like a 7.5-8.5...and that is because that is what size they are according to your website....see below There was also a 4th pair in the bag (3rd picture) that I didnt order. It is also rainbow colored pair and says hello summer on them...they are a size 36/37...no idea why they were sent at all. See picture I am simply asking to recieve what I ordered and I will return what is incorrect if you provide me a prepaid return shipping label. I need a BLUE pair with rubber soles 38/39 or 7.5-8.5 I need a PINK pair with rubber soles 38/39 or 7.5-8.5 I need a RAINBOW pair with rubber soles 40/41 or 9.5-10-5
