TECON WATER COMPANY LP ripoff Dallas Texas

I have been dealing with Tecon Water Company for almost a year now, and have had nothing but trouble with this company.

One month I had a water usage of 10,000 gallons of water usage. Then the next month I only had 2,000 gallons of water usage. I called the company on this and they stated that I would have to take this up with the local office. Spoke with someone at the local office and he stated I must of had a water leak. I HAVE NO LEAKS. He then said that he would have someone look into this. No one ever called me back, or informed me what the problem is. They state that they have people come out and read your water meter. I have never seen anyone come and read my meter. Also after speaking with others that live in my community, they also have never seen anyone read any meters.

Well after calling them and reporting this, now this happens. My payment to Tecon was due on the Dec 8th, they received it Dec. 9th, because my payment was one day late the cut off my water. I never received a termination notice. Now I have to pay a $25 reconnect fee because my payment was one day late. Is this Right?
