Tecon Water Company has given us trouble since they took over providing us service. Even after I hand delivered the payment to the office they shut my water off. This is not the first time they have done this.

No one ever apologizes for the inconvenience or try to make amends by offering a small discount on your next months bill. But they sure has heck charge you the re- connect fee. This is a very unfriendly business practice for a company who makes their living from our payments!
