Lesson learned: I decided to give Tedd Sandman a shot with my mortgage. The in-house lender agreed to give me a $10,000 incentive if I went with them. The in-house lender then said if I went with another lender they could only give me $5,000. Tedd Sandman said he would give me the other $5,000 if I went with him because it would greatly help his family out and help him reach his bonus which he stated "my loan would hit his bonus". Being the nice person that I am I agreed to help him. Once my loan was processed, Tedd now says he was over 1,000,000 shy of his bonus thus not being able to get me the remaining $5,000 incentive. The lesson I learned, get all agreements in ink, signed and notarized. To all of my OC friends watch out for Tedd Sandman, he is not a man of his word and lies to gain business.
