I sent them a Very Serious Complaint letter about their Very Poor Directions that were listed on their popcorn bags which caused my mother's popcorn to turn All Black which was Totally Gross and therefore had to be thrown out and discarded immediately.

I then contacted this company by email to file a complaint months ago and was told that my 84 year old mother would receive a Refund Check, however, up until this date, she has received absolutely Nothing and all this d**n company does is LIE to the General Public and try to get away with it which is totally Unfair and Unprofessional and therefore Not Legitimate.

Regarding:  Very Serious Complaint

Dear Tee Lee Popcorn, Inc. Executive:

Good Morning or Good Afternoon to You!

How is your day today in sunny Shannon, Illinois?

My day is going fine, thank you, except due to the Fact that my 84 year old mother bought one of your boxes of popcorn yesterday at the Dollar Tree store and had a very bad experience that I witnessed.

Your instructions are totally Invalid and Wrong.  On your packaging, it says to put the bag of popcorn in the microwave oven for three minutes and when we did just that, the popcorn came out totally black and burnt with steam coming out of the bag, along with smoke which nearly caused a fire.

This was a complete waste of money!

You should be ashamed of yourselves by providing directions which are Not Valid nor Accurate!

What are you going to do about it for ME?

We did try it again with another one of your bags, but this time, we put it in the microwave for NO More than Two Minutes and then it came out 100% Popped and was Not Burnt or Black at all!

So, perhaps you need to change your instructions on your bags to say two minutes instead of three minutes to be put inside of the microwave oven.

What do you think about that?
