On May 29th, 2015 I ordered a Justice League Hoodie from TeeChip.com Order#55686e0716d3a27d1deab9a6 . After 3 weeks of delays it finally shipped. The tracking info shows delivered on 6/30/2015: DHL Small Parcel: 9261299996389025929083
I of course did not receive it. My mailbox is large and is a locked mailbox. It's not there. So I went to the office. Not there either. Contacted them on 7/1/2015 to report this. They responded in an e-mail:

I can definitely help with that, Thanks for allowing us to be of service.
I am sorry to hear about the frustration you have had with your order as this is not the quality of excellence that TeeChip strives to provide for its customers.
We will be able file a claim on your behalf to dispute this issue. A claims representative will look at your case and contact you about solving this issue.

If so, contact us back and we will make sure you get taken care of.Once again I am sorry that you have not had a good experience ordering from us and we hope to better your situation.
