i ordered this machine under the 30 day in home free trial for $14.95 for my mother. She has suffered from back pains for as long as i remember. After about 10 days of ordering it, the thing shows up & we put it together & took it home to her for use. She was afraid to use it & we all had to give it a whirl before she attempted it. We finally got her to get on & she felt very nauseous. She tried it a couple more times & still never real felt better. I made several attempts in trying to reach the customer service department in returning this device to no avail. We made about 15 phone calls before reaching a real customer service rep who was not trying to take our order. When you try to call TEETERTV your only bale to reach the order department 800-939-4921 i was transfered to the so called customer service department several times & disconnected before reaching a live operator. They charged my credit card for 3 months in the amount of $99.99 & had enough i reached out to my bank & charged back these fraudulent charges. After doing the charge back 2 months later i received a letter stating that i owed a balance of $199.90 i call the number & they state they are the billing department for teeter hangup. I asked for the customer service number & there was hesitation to release it but finally received it. I made the call while they were on hold & connected them in a 3 way call. The collection department refused to speak with customer service rep from teeter & the representative really was no help & stated they can not assist as they have submitted my account to collections.  They have not made a single attempt in reaching me. This was a complete waist of money & the play the i dont knwo know why your having trouble game. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST! Very DISSATISFIED!! DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY!

I am one of the owners of teeter, we are a family owned business - and we do care.  It is our goal to make a positive impact in the lives of all our customers.  If you have any issues with a teeter or have any questions with regard to the teetertv.com site - please call our in house customer service number at 1-800-847-0143.

With regard to this particular complaint - from what I read, the customer purchased the teeter, didn't want to keep it, and tried to return.  They called the sales number off the website, not the number off the invoice or owners manual which actually hangs on the product for easy quick reference.  while the sales number does take you to teeter - it is not the customer care department, and they should have refered or transferred you to the correct department.  I am sorry there was an issue for you there and I will research and resolve to make te process easier in the future.  

Again, from what I read - contact to return the product was never made, and the customet still has the unit.  Therefore the credit card was billed inline with the agreed upon payment plan.  When the transactions were disputed, our system must have sent the card holder to collections.  We do have an in house team who works to resolve rejected payment, and collections is only a last resort - most of the time the rejexit on is due to an address change or card number change.  

My office is next to the customer service department and I know they are well trained. I dont know why or how you would have gotten such bad serice leaving you feeling that we are not able to resolve the issue.  All our systems are under one roof and all owned and controlled by teeter. - there should not have been any issues, as our goal is to provide the best experience.
