 I ordered a trial product. Paid my shipping fee. No problem. Two weeks later get a charge to my credit card. I called the company. Requested the charge be removed and it was. I received a cancellation notice and a void notice to cancel shipments. I thought it was over. But no. 5 weeks later I get two more charges. I called my card company to dispute and they called the company. Well I was told that they only go by the notes made by there employees not taking into consideration from the customer. They refused to read me these notes. I spoke with two representatives and they essentially hung up on me as I insisted on having the notes read to me and they refused. They lied. They stole from me. They are the worst! I have done other trials and have NEVER was treated like this.
