and that was on April 30. I ordered a Road King shift bar and sent payment via paypal on the same day. The next day I received order confirmation. Then weeks went by with no word. I tried calling a number of times, but only received a busy signal or a "full" voice mail box. I did get a real person once who promised to call me back later because, in his words, "they were swamped". I sent a couple of emails and received no response. Then at the end of May there was a message explaining the owner had passed away. I cut them slack for a while, but time has passed and the busy signals continue and still no means of contacting them. In the meantime I am out $159.00.
I ordered some mirrors from them about six months ago and the order arrived quickly and as expected. In fact, when I had trouble putting them on my bike, I called and received helpful advice. I hope this is only a temporary problem for them as I'd really like to receive my order so I can get on the bike.
