TeKCollect Stole my money Columbus, Ohio

This company brings in a notebook showing you how they collect from dead beat accounts. They send out one letter and quit searching.

This service was $1800.00 for 100 accounts. We received nothing for our money. When we confronted them......they told us they would start calling our accounts. This was a year later. My accounts said they never heard of them lol.

So in 13 months they have done nothing. They are really nothing but a ponzi scheme. I requested the accounts back. They refused.

Then they send us another bill for $75.00 for computer maintainence. I laughed since we couldn't pay them any funds since we have received no funds.

I have given up on a refund. ( they refused that too ) So beware Central Illinois...the saleslady is attractive and personable. But they have no support behind her. I have since turned the company over to Lisa Madigan the Illinois Attorney General. Perhaps I can at least protect some other person or company for buying a contract with these people.

I feel I have been totally duped in this company and its operations. I will not make this mistake again.
