Telcom management associate TMobile Sold me 4 phones & a service for 4 lines. Said they would pay all 4 disconnect fees they wouldn’t. By the time I figured this out it was to late to return. I ended up paying $1399 to TMobile & now a credit recovery agency wants $1800 for breach of contract. They lied & now want me to pay $3199 for something I’ve never used! Nationwide

 A man claiming to work for TMobile sold me 4 phones for free & $40 a month services. He said they would pay all disconnect fees. If it sounds to good to be true it usually is. First fedex lost the phones then they sent another by this time it’s been almost a month since I started this. Finally I get the phones & call to set this up only to find out they won’t pay all the disconnect fees. He lied & now at this point I can’t return because it’s past the date. The biggest issue was not being able to contact this company who had a phone number in Michigan. I’d always try to call & it would hang up or ring & ring. Then I’d call TMobile & they were basically there hands are tied. So at this point I’m stuck with 4 phones & cant have there service because they wouldn’t hold up to there end of the bargain. So the phones go on my credit $1399 (old Samsung’s that weren’t worth 1300 ever) , I call I pay because I understand that those were in my possession & that falls off. Now I’ve got a breach of contract with Telcom (didn’t they breach the contract?) for $1758. Horrible $3200 for something I never used. Couldn’t even sell the phones because they were such a basic model no one wanted them. Now I call Awa collections & keep getting the same person who won’t go lower then $1300 to settle. I s**+ Lent have to pay breach of contract when they breached. I spoke with a lawyer but suing will be more then the cost to pay them. I’m a single mother of two & my son is autistic, I work full time & don’t get government assistant. I was in the process of buying a house & this is stopping me from that. It’s disappointing & hurtful that people can lie take advantage of you & have 0 repercussions. DO NOT USE ANY CONTACT AGENTS FOR ANY CELL PHONE COMPANY THEY WILL LIE TO YOU! Noticed this company is all over Rip off report & BBB! Shut them down!
