Tele Circuit slam, slammed, target elderly, trick old people in to switching phone service La Follette Tennessee

This company slammed my 86 y.o. mother-in-law's phone service, then continued to charge her after the bill was paid, but didn't send the bill

Some time in March 2017, my mother-in-law's phone service was SLAMMED by Telecircuit. Then, when she didn't pay the bill, because she had NO IDEA she wasn't still an AT&T customer, they cut off her service. We paid the bill, and AT&T was supposed to take the number back. It was not released, Telecircuit continued to charge for the service without sending a bill, so we had no idea it wasn't back on AT&T. Then they cut off the service again. I paid the bill for THREE MONTHS of service (she only had ONE MORE MONTH of service, and told them to release the number back to AT&T immediately. The CS rep, Rina, said it would take 2-3 days to release the number, but somehow, it was released the next day. 

This company targets elderly people. My MIL had NO IDEA or intention to change her service provider. They overcharge and hold accounts for ransom. Thieves and liars.
