Tele Direct Not True To Their Word Sacramento California

Tele Direct at first seemed to be the perfect service to assist my company.  They informed me that they could accomplish services that seemed way too good to be true at a somewhat reasonable price. Needless to say it was clearly too good to be true. I used Tele Direct to get in touch with future leads for my up and a coming business. They promised me they can get in touch with X amount of clients in X amount of hours. They also promised to do call backs to clients that were unable to answer the phone at the moment.  Tele Direct didn't come close to reaching the original target and didn't make one call back to clients that were unreachable. They only had one agent working on my campaign which in the end proved to be not enough. At the completion of the campaign, I was expecting Tele Direct to finish contacting the remaining clients on the list for a discount or complimentary price considering how awful the results turned out. No such luck.
