I ordered (over the phone) & received my Ped Egg and blades. Out of the 6 blades I ordered, only 1 fit the Ped Egg base. Basically, they won't snap into the base--they just fall out. I called and requested new blades. I never received them. I called again--still no blades.

So, now I ask for a supervisor & she gave me the same old story..."I'll send them again--it will be 7-10 business days". Never got them. Called back & talked to another supervisor--same story but she gave me her name & told me to ask for her, personally, if I had any problems. Guess what? I got them! But only 3 of the 6 blades I originally ordered. And of the 3, only 1 fit into the Ped Egg base.

Called again, asked for Veronica but was told she wasn't available & to call another day. I did, but this time they wouldn't let me talk to her so I talked to this gentleman. Same story again from him on delivery... and same story on receipt... never got them!

Called the gentleman back & he explained that there was a delay in all shipments. And I am, yes, once again still waiting. I am due to call them in two days to complain. At this time, I'll ask why no one has offered to replace the entire Ped Egg system since almost all the blades have been faulty. Wouldn't this make sense? They have spent more money sending me these useless blades than it would take to send me a new Egg.

So, let's review--that makes a total of 7 calls, 8 with the one I'm sure I'll have to make in 2 days! And by the way, I can't be the only one having this problem--so what's up?

The sad thing about this is that I really like this product--I've never found anything that works this well for taking care of my feet. But this company, obviously, has no intention of replacing my blades whether they work or not. But they will continue to hear from me every 7-10 business days until I receive some kind of result that satisfies me--no matter how long that takes!
