Telehop Long Distance Service Ltd cheating on bill Internet, Internet

I was Telehop company old customer for long distance service and bill No.

was 21048804.  On Jan, I bought new home and wanted the company technique support team to transfer the service from old address  to new address. But technique team never could transfer but they stopped the lond distance service.  Therefore I cancelled the service on Feb, and also I phoned and emailed the company several times. But the company continuously charged me every month. I just called them again, they said because they gave me a local phone number which was indirect long-distance number, which was not same plan, even I canceled the regular service, but it was still there. According related Canadian law, any service start and cancel should be based on the customer wish. Also many long-distance phone companies often give a local temporary indirect phone number before them connecting the regular service, which is part of regular service.  The company never said the indirect phone was a different plan, also I could not cancel it. Only reason, they did so, it is cheated in the bill.
