If you are considering a voip solution then make sure you do your research before signing up with a provider. Voip providers are a dime a dozen so make sure you know what you are getting into. Our company signed up with Brandon Chaney at Telekenex and we thought we were on our way to getting a new phone system that would serve our needs.

Unfortunately, we started having problems with the system the first day it was installed. Hoping these issues would be ironed out with time we continued working with Telekenex to solve the issues to no avail. After several months of dropped calls, hours of downtime, countless hours of trying to fix the issues, and overall bad quality of service. Brandon Chaney promised the quality would be acceptable but we never saw it. Many of our callers could not hear us and we constantly had to try calling back in hopes of getting a better connection.

And to add to the experience, they charge 100% to 200% more than other voip providers. After discussing all of the issues including a billing discount with Brandon Chaney and finally informing him that we would be moving to a new service provider, our service was terminated in the middle of the work week.

When I tried to contact Brandon regarding the disconnection, he would not even answer my calls. Meanwhile, his business partner Anthony Zabit refused to turn the service back on until we signed a new contract for service, paid them a %100,000 dollars, and sign an indemnity agreement that we would not sue him and Brandon for holding our company hostage. After all, they disconnected the data and phone service on about 100 employees.

We have been in litigation for the past three years and a trial date is expected to be set within the next few months. Stay tuned!
