Teleking advertised in Arizona for distributers for their Phone Cards. I reponded and paid them $12000 for a distributership for the area in which I lived. After a while their phone was disconnected and I lost all connection with them.

The attorney general will get involved & take fast action if it is over $5,000. Did you pay by credit card. If you did, you might be able to get your money back by calling your credit card company & tell them that you paid for the products & service & that they ripped you off. They will send you a dispute form. You fill it out & mail it back. If you have excellent credit history & usually pay on-time. They will chargeback the money that was charged to your credit card & give you credit pending investigation of fraud. If you need help. I can be reached [by posting your interest below.]

Just kidding. get in touch with the Attorneys General in both AZ and FL. You may some recourse through them. As a free bit of advice that is always worth what you pay for it, never deal with a company for large sums of $$ if the representative is not actually standing in front of you and ALWAYS get his/her identification and a reciept. Good luck.
