Teleking Communications INC fraudulent ripoff business -Misrepresentation of income opportunity. Miami Florida

On Jan 6th 2003, I (Tim Freeman Dumah) entered into an agreement to purchase a total of seven (7) talking phone card terminals and five (5) Acrylic counter tops. Some of the terminals are still sitting in my garage while the assigned storeowners have called me to pick up the remaining terminals or they will be thrown out on the street. We have a big problem.

Apparently, this business is not what it portraits to be. It is nothing but a gimmick. First, it took several weeks to get my terminals to me and these phone cards are not even marketable and competitive with other similar cards in the market.

For example, the prepaid master card advertising was misleading. I personally sold a few to customers and up till now these customers have not gotten their cards. It has been almost two months and they are still waiting on their prepaid master cards.

This is a dishonest business tactic. Since the card stated ten to fourteen days (10-14 days) in receiving the prepaid master card in question. Proceeding to do right thing, I refunded these customers their money back. But now, I lost both the cards and my refund, because these customers are still waiting for their doggone cards to come in the mail.

Im at a crossroad now, meaning I will do any thing to get all my money back. The sum of $14,490.00 to be exact.

Teleking: To avoid a lengthy and costly litigation and possibly tarnishing your business name (Teleking) nationwide, I insist on your immediate response to this problem, with specific on two urgent matters.

1.Return my check for the sum of $14,490 immediately.

2.Make an arrangement to receive your terminals ASAP.
