Telemania Rip Off International Phone Actress's & Pay Them Reduced Rates Closed Our Contracts On Upwork, No Notice las vegas, Nevada Nationwide

Telemania is a terrible company to work for. They hire overseas ops at reduced wages at 4.50 a hour to work on their online chatline and expect them to HAVE to work for 20 hours a week. If they don't work those minimum requirements then their contracts are just depleted without NO NOTICE on Upwork. Above working for a crappy rate, you are given an IPA or a target to meet. How many messages you send, how many minutes you stay in live chat, How many messages you received. It's really ridiculous. In the beginning we were allowed to work on our own and that was way better. It became way to stressful when we had this silly IPA to meet.

We were promised increases and incentives but after working for a year wasn't given anything. 

If you are not on a buddy buddy click with Trish then you can assure yourself that you will be kicked out the door. She back bites ops and plays favoritism. She promises favorite ops increases but nothing for the other's that are not in her click. If she dislikes you, she will not reply your messages. When all this went down, she could not face saying a thing to anyone on the group and just took herself off the skype group. She was guilty for having suspended all of our contracts. 

9 of us were kicked all at the same time. They only kept one girl because she is in a click with Trish and this is the same person who Trish promised extra increase to. Some of the girls had been working for this company for over two years. I had pulled in over 300 hours with no increase only to be kicked without no notice. 

I hope their platform falls to shreds. 

What these people do to their international ops is disgusting and something aught to be done about it. Do not work for this company if you are outside of the USA
