I began recieving contact from this unknown person at the time in 2001 inwhich he obtained a copy of my phone bill and began contacting anyone who was making incoming calls to my line. He would contact them and ask if they knew me and how he could contact me. I obtained he number through one of his many attempts to locate me by harrasing others on my phone bill. I contacted this person and advised him that it was illegal to obtain someones phone records and that I intended to sue if he would not give me the full details as to why he was calling and read to me the last four of my social that he claimed he had. He hung up on me and never contacted again.

In 2012, I recieved in the mail a letter that looked like junk mail attached to it was a case number and it indicated that fraud had been commited by me. I called the number and entered the case number provided and stayed on the line no one picked up. So I left a detailed messaged regarding this mailing and advised that if there was a case pending against me to please send court paperwork and proof as to what was being done. As again I have no knowledge of such cases regarding fraud. As of 2014 this individual is still contacting and harrassing me all the while not giving and information as to what this case is about. I decided to look this company up and found that is was a collection agency and that it dealt with payday loans. I have never taken out any payday loans from any company nor have I ever commited anytype of fraud regarding anytypes of payday loans. I contacted Mr. Davis and left him several messages and requested that he contact my number as I will be filing a case against his home based collection agency buisness.

If you are getting calls from this company do not be afraid to defend yourself against there unwanted calls Teleport Communications out of Houston Tx. It seems strange to me that if someone has a case pending and evidence that you have commited fraud against them that they wont just file a case rather then contact by phone and harrass. So Mr. Davis please get a real job one that requires you to work in a professional suit rather then in your pajamas out of your home.
