Telequest Corp Didn't fullfill the contract. Took the money and ran. Addison Texas

My company contracted with Telequest Corp, Mr. Michale Kawa, to generate sales calls. They took the initial payment of $1500, and promised 5 sales calls would be set up. They delivered on 2 sales calls. The first was potentially a legitimate lead. The second call, the contact admmited that they weren't really interested, but agreed to the call after being pressured by the Telequest telemarketer.

Telequest set up a third call but gave me the wrong time and contact name. When I contacted the sales lead and rescehduled, the Telequest contact also called the contact, and said something that made them so mad, the sales lead cancelled the sales call.

After that Telequest would not return any calls or emails. They still owe my company 3 sales leads, or a refund, but it is impossible to contact them.

They should not be in business if they can't or won't fufill their contracts.
