Telesevenllc,oan, quest charged for services not authorizied Internet

recieved quest phone bill and attached was a bill from oan for a bill charged to my phone bill from teleseven llc for $6.51.i called them and ask what it was for and they said i had ask for directory assistance.i raised hell with them and they deleted it from their computer and said it might show up on my phone bill for several months to ignore it.they refused to give me their address.

i then called quest and told them the problem and they said they are required by law to charge me when anyone notifys them that i owe them money.

Quest told me that they probably got my ph# off the internet by way of popups. when i deleted a popup,its programed to charge my phone bill. just another scam!!!!
