TeleTen Marketing Not even close to what they promise Los Angeles California

We have a small 2 person mortgage office. We purchased 30 leads for $900 on 6/22. The check was cashed by TeleTen the next day. It is now 8/1 and we have received a total of 8 leads, of which, 5 have been returned to TeleTen because they did not meet the criteria that was spelled out in the contract.

This means we have received 3 leads in 5 weeks! I was promised, first by Aneesa Emanuel (I am told she no longer works there) then by Michael West, then by a Linda then again by Michael West that we would be getting 2-3 leads per day gauranteed! That's 2-3 leads per day not 3 leads every 5 weeks!!!!

I have requested a full refund, but as everyone else has said, no one is "authorized" to do this. I have left 3 un-returned messages for Brian Brown. I have sent 2 e-mails that have also been unanswered.

I want a REFUND FOR THE FULL $900 so I can spend it on actual leads that will keep my business going!!!!! I pulled my previous internet campaign due to the promises made by TeleTen. They havn't even come close.

The lease is listed to David Alexander per the buildings management company. The management company is Real Tec at 213-487-4444. TeleTen does thier banking at Banco Popular Bank.
