In November 2001, I purchased an adult Web site from Teleteria, Inc. The total cost was $5,230.69. Payment included the site itself, along with Web hosting and video streaming, that I was required to buy from Teleteria, in a turnkey operation. Jay Servidio, president of Teleteria, promised in Learning Annex classes in New York City and in a New York Press news story that the site would make thousands of dollars a month in profits, above and beyond expenses, within three months if I "marketed" the site; that is, listed it with various search engines.

As directed, I listed the site with more than thirty search engines. A trial Internet membership was priced at $3.95 and a one-month membership at $24.95. In three months' operation, revenues were $7.90. This total represented two $3.95 trial memberships, one of which was purchased by me to check out the system. The recurring costs for Web hosting and video streaming, which I was required to buy from Teleteria, totaled $1,050 every three months. Upon further research, I learned that it is impossible to "make money" in Teleteria's turnkey operation. It is also not possible for any "paid" site (where customers pay for access to the site--like mine)to be successful. People interested in adult Web sites have learned to access free sites and to avoid paid sites altogether.

Mr. Servidio is committing fraud with the sales of these adult Web sites. He is promising that Teleteria's turnkey Web sites will result in thousands of dollars of profits when, in reality, they are virtually worthless. Mr. Servidio also stated that if the Web site failed, "You can always sell it." This is a lie. I was unsuccessful in attempts to sell the site. Since operators in the business are aware of the facts noted above, they have no incentive to buy a worthless site. I was promised thousands of dollars a month in profits in Mr. Servidio's scam. Instead, I received nothing and lost my $5,230.69 investment.

In an e-mail on March 8, 2002, I requested that Teleteria buy the Web site back from me. Mr. Servidio refused in an e-mail on the same date. On March 30, 2002, I requestd by e-mail full reimpursement of my $5,230.69. Mr. Servidio rejected the request in an e-mail the following day. On May 2, 2002, I sent Mr. Servidio a certified letter by U.S. mail again demanding full reimbursement. He refused in an e-mail dated May 4, 2002.

As a dyed-in-the-wool scam artist, Mr. Servidio has requested EVEN MORE money to remedy the situation.

In summary, Mr. Servidio induced me to purchase a worthless Web site and related services for $5,230.69, under false pretenses. He falsely promised--in Learning Annex classes, by telephone, and in a New York Press article--that the site would earn profits of $70,000 a year. I believe that Mr. Servidio has defrauded other persons besides me. I have filed complaints with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies requesting prosecution of Mr. Servidio for fraud. I am bringing this to your attention since it is in the public interest that this ripoff artists scams be halted.

Contrary to Jay Servidio's rebuttal to my complaint, I DID the work.

AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 13, 2004

I followed his instructions to the letter and registered the adult Web site with more than thirty search engines.

The reality is that Mr. Servidio's Teleteria, Inc., turnkey Web sites cannot possibly make money for the reasons stated in my complaint, and he knows it. He has defrauded numerous people in addition to me, some of lost their retirement savings to his fraudulent activities.

Mr. Servidio is a liar, thief, con man, and crook. I, and the people I work with, will not rest until he is in jail for fraud where he belongs.

Robert Griffin failed to do the work

AUTHOR: Jay - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, March 11, 2004

I am Jay, Pres of Teleteria. This negative posting has come to my attention only today and I thought a response was needed.

Robert Griffin attended the class I use to teach not once but twice. He spoke to me on the phone numerous times. He saw samples of our sites and received all the details about me, my company, and the industry.

Robert Griffin purchased an adult site from us on 10-29-01. He paid a 50% deposit and then after the site was done he approved the site and paid his balance.

I spent alot of time on numerous occasions speaking to Robert about marketing his site and the work that he needed to do in order to be successful. This after he attended my class twice were I speak contsantly on marketing and what my students need to do to make money in this industry.

Robert Griffin failed to do the work and Robert Griffin failed to make money in this industry.

Everyday we have clients from all walks of life from all over the world do the necessary work and reap huge rewards in this great industry.

We hope that you too visit www.teleteria.net and let Teleteria be your entry to a great financial future.

Thank you for your time in reading this.
