We've had this POS in our trucks for over two weeks. It freezes, can't communicate or simply places you over 50 miles away than your actual location. Our dispatcher keeps getting varying B.S. lines about this or that software problem but we know that based on how the thing works (ESN and Sat tech) that he is being given a salesmans pitch and that this thing just plain doesn't work. We have placed it side by side with a Garmin GPS and EVERY TIME the Garmin destroys it both in accuracy and in detail. I wish this piece of junk could just go away. It has been nothing but problems since it was installed. d

In addition, thier customer service is utterly sad and wanting in every area. I have been on conference call numerous times and am flabbergasted at how weak thier answers/explanations are.
