I receieved a receipt for a check by phone for 221.95, the account is my elderly mothers and I am only on it because she cannot always do her banking. Neither of us has ever even heard of a check by phone! Upon calling the customer service number on the receipt, (global Benefits)
I got a recording saying I should go to there website.(which didn't exist) I started to poke around and lo and behold found many others with the same experience. Some had actually spoken with this company and were promised credit cards. I however have never heard of them.
They stole that money from an elderly lady on a fixed income who has done nothing but be generous to others all her life. Shame on them. They must be stopped and held accountable for ALL the they have stolen. What do I do?
