Tellman Knudson Fraudulent 'Guarantee' of Money Paid for Enrollment in Two Programs to Be Refunded if Requested Within 60 days of Purchase , Internet

Fairly recently I purchased from www.tellmen-knudson.com a number of programs designed to teach one how to profit by operating an Internet business. With the purchase, Mr Knudson alleged, came the guarantee that if the buyer decided that the program was unsuitable for him, he could request a refund within 60 days of the purchase date and be certain that the purchase price of the programs would be refunded to him.

As the programs I had bought were to be sent to my email address, I immediately returned to my home page and tried to download them. After four failed attempts, I tried to return to the point of sale to state what had happened, but was taken, instead, to another page, where I was told that my business needed the assistance of an Autoresponder, priced at $19 per month, if I truly wanted to be successful. Furthermore, if I acted promptly, I could have use of the Autoresponder for the first month for only $1.00.  By this time I began to suspect that something was not quite right. 

So I returned to my homepage, where I began a search for the site for the guaranteed refunds.  After well over 80 minutes' of examining a plethora of websites bearing Tellmen Knudson's name, either in toto or in part, including his Blog, I found nothing pertaining to guaranteed refunds for purchased programs. The next day I continued the search, spending approximately the same amount of time and achieving the exactly same results: ZERO.

Later that day I found that Tellemen Knudson had sent me an email, inviting me to learn how to become a successful Internet entrepreneur. In its Subject line was Re: So you're concerned about money? The address  I didn't recognize, so I wrote him a letter describing my fruitless search for the website where I could ask for the guaranteed return of the purchase price for items I was unable to receive. Within a few seconds he replied with the same email, this time containing two 'Re:'s, followed by the same question. It was obvious that an Autoresponder was answering my letters, and that either his Guaranteed Refund Site doesn't exist, or is so well buried or disguised that it is impossible to find.

Therefore, I have reached the distasteful conclusion that Tellmen Knudson does not intend to honor his Guaranteed Refund, and, therefore, is guilty of defrauding his customers.  Potential consumers should be warned about his execrable and immoral practice, and stay clear of him.
